Terms of Service

Welcome to HD Shine Details. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Services

HD Shine Details provides mobile auto detailing services. All services are performed at the customer’s provided location, subject to safe and suitable working conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service due to weather, unsafe environments, or conditions beyond our control.


2. Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of service on the scheduled appointment date.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit.

Customers are granted a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If the customer is not present or the vehicle is not accessible within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment only if proper notice is provided within the required timeframe.

Prices are based on the service selected at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from what was originally described.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

  • The vehicle condition is misrepresented

  • The service environment is unsafe or unsuitable

  • Payment requirements are not met


3. Subscriptions

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as selected during purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic payments. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for subscription charges once processed.


4. Gift Cards

All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of payment.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

  • Removing all personal belongings from the vehicle

  • Ensuring a safe working environment


7. Liability

HD Shine Details is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

  • Damage due to loose, worn, or improperly installed parts

  • Personal items left inside the vehicle


8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can address your concerns.

Refunds are not provided.


9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
